I was wondering why the cheapest shipping available to the US is the 2-3 day UPS air at $15.05. I've been trying to decide between Matrix orbital and C**********z for a while. The 2x16 C**********z costs $37. For about $15 I can get a Matrix orbital with keypad control or double the size to 4X20. I would do this if it wasn't for the large shipping charge of $15.05, twice as much as C**********z. Why don't you have UPS ground? For that size package it shouldn't cost any more than $5-8. If you are going to charge more for your LCD's then you should at least charge a similar if not cheaper shipping rate. I guess I'm going to have to go with C**********z because I refuse to pay that much for shipping for such a small item. I think you should consider cheaper shipping methods, I don't know how many people are not buying your products for the same reason as me.

MO is based in Canada. Most Canadians have horror stories regarding brokerage and duty charges when having US purchases items shipped to Canada through UPS. I imagine that the opposite is true as well. If you look at web reviews and comparisons, I think you will discover that the MO displays are easily worth the extra cost, and higher shipping.
