GLK240128-25-GW Connection issues

Hello,
I recently purchased a MOP-GL240128D-BWFW-12N-3IY display that I connected to my GLK240128-25-GW rev1.1 interface PCB. I was communicating with the assembly just fine using the MOGD# v1.1.6 software when suddenly I was unable to change any settings or even connect to the device. I'm using RS-232 and have the jumpers installed correctly. I turn on my power supply with +5V and the display comes on. I hit 'auto detect display' in the software and a message pops up that says 'no displays found'. I've been stuck here for 2 days and cannot figure out what the heck is going on. I was told by tech support that this would be a 'plug and play' option where I would just have to hook my two assemblies together and I would be good to go. I cannot do anything and it is very frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Tucker
