i'm interested in buying BVK202A-4BR-BK Black with "4BR" Model cable mounting option.

will this come with all the accessories i need to proporly install it? or am i going
to need serial cables or the special power
adapter?

All you need is the BVK202A-4BR-BK, it will come with everything you need, power cable, serial cables, screws... etc...
