Matrix Orbital Corp

Just wondering if there is a way to change the startup display on a LK202-25. I tried using the change.exe that came with the cd but it doesn't seem to work. Is it supposed to or am I doing something wrong.
Any other ways to edit the rom file to change the display text before the LCD software kicks in?

Change.exe is the program to do it, just make sure you are connected to the right serial port and right speed...
