Matrix Orbital Corp

hello, my graphical MO LCD is acting up, when i plug it in, it displays the bitmap stored in position 1 but all garbled at distorted. it wont respond to any commands from the MOGD program. i dont know what happened to it, it was just working fine last week! i cant even wipe the file system or anything.
is there a jumper i can short to reset hardware? thanks and please help!

thx. i didnt know that was for all memory and everything, just com speed.
