Intermittent Font Reset

I am using the GLK12232-25-FGW LCD graphic display and having the following issue. Intermittently all the fonts stored in graphic memory are erased. The display is being controlled by a micro via the UART interface. The embedded software does not reset the fonts. Any suggestions on the cause and solution?

No worries Ivan,

Good to see you are familiar with some of the lock options. Set data lock will be effective only until power is cycled, at which time it will be reset. The set and save version will last throughout power cycles, which is the one I would recommend.
