as my pc is now sat behind my desk i am wondering how i can show my lcd, an external enclosure of some kind i suppose, are there any off the shelf enclosures i could purchase. Any help appreciated.

While the PC bay insert offered by Matrix may not be an ideal external enclosure, you could make a custom home for your GX using the bracket drawings.
