Matrix Orbital Corp

I'm new to this type of hardware but I am computer/hardware savvy. I would like to know what I would need or if it's possible to monitor 8 temps all on one display. Of course they do not need to be shown all at once but cyclic would be great.

I tried a search but didn't quite find what I was looking for. I understand that the MX series would have done this but it is discontinued. Are there any other options? (Sorry for the redundency.)
