My MX610 (LK202-24-USB) no longer shows the upper pixels. I've tried it in 2 machines with the same result.

Is the LCD display beyond hope.

Thanx in advance

By the looks of it the pled display died, there isn't really anything you can do besides replacing the module. The badnews is we stopped producing the pled modules early 2006, You could replace it with a LK202-25-USB-IY for instance which is an inverted fstn display which comes close to what your old unit looked like but not quite the same also in feature set both modules slightly differ.

Hi M.Geisterfer,

Like Ray mentioned, we have upgraded our board and no longer offer the same feature set. Also, PLED technology is no longer available.

However, we are clearing out some older stock and do have the same -24-USB board with an LCD screen on sale.

Thanx for the quick response, I assume that all i need is the module and will not need the keyboard or cable. Or will I require a complete assembly.

Thanx

Hi Mike,

No worries, I believe you'll only require the display. You should be able to unscrew the old unit from the mounting bracket and the keypad interface should just pull off. The USB cable may be tied down, so you can either cut the zip tie holding it on or grab a spare, if you've got one, for the new display.
