I am trying to save a font but everytime I try I get the error message:
Unhandled exception has occurrred in your application. if you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Matrix Orbital\MogdSharp\Fonts\Arial 36 pt.mfg' is denied.
Please help
Thanks

Ouch that one we could have probably handled with a nicer error message
I'm suspecting you are running vista or using a lesser priviledged account.
If you are running vista try running the application in administrator mode, If you are running any other windows and have a lesser privilegded account try installing mogd# to a folder outside of C:\program files\
I'll see what i can do about moving the data/fonts to a more appropiate folder in the next release so this will not happen anymore.

Thank you! I had to have the administrator allow me access to modify the folder.
I have a new problem
When I was trying to play around and find out what was wrong when I couldn't save fonts I did a clear of the system by clicking Wipe Module File System and it asked me if I was sure and I said yes.. I figured I had nothing to loose since I hadn't been able to save anything. However, now when I try and send sample text to the screen it is plain black. I've tried clearing and sending and nothing shows up. I'm not sure what to do now

Wipe unit shoudn't give you any problems. Just upload a new fonts and you should be fine but make sure you have selected the correct pcb version, the (really) old series stored font data different then our current series.
The upload screen should display a preview of the font you are about to upload in the lower part of the screen. Do the characters appear there as they should be or as black squares too?
Can you try to upload some of the fonts we have available on our
website?

I successfully downloaded a font but I still am unable to display anything on the screen. I tried drawing graphics and that doesn't work either.

If you go into the display defaults and play with the contrast slider does the display turn black when you put it on full contrast?

I had tried playing around with that too and it wasn't working. This time when I went back and tried it again, the font does show up on the screen. I think the font I had it set to was leading it off the screen because Auto Scroll was on.
Thank you for your help!!
