I have a display that I have only hooked up via usb since its pretty old and dosent have advanced gpo's. basically when my pc shuts down it displays the last screen and stays on I have to unplug it or I am sure it will burn in the screen. not sure what unit it is it has a keypad and is red lcd.

Thanks for your question, sorry to hear that you've got an MX2 for a night light. Fortunately, you need not worry about burn in with our LCD displays; they are just crystals trapped between glass, and will not experience this phenomenon. As for shut down problems, I am sorry to report that you may experience a bit of delay in a response. Our designer who has the most experience with displays of that type is currently down at CES, so it may take a few days to get his thoughts on this issue. I apologize for the delay, and assure you that we'll get you an answer as quick as we can.
