I have just received an internal USB cable and went to install it however I noticed that it is not the 5 pin connector it should be....
The LCD has the missing pin between D+ and GND but the connector has only four connectors...
Has the design of the cable changed at all or have the suppliers sent me the wrong cable ??

One end of the cable should have a 5-pin connector that matches the header on the LCD. As far as I know MO still uses the keyed connector on all their displays, so you may have received one that was improperly made.
It should look something like this:

It does look just like that except that the solid connector block only has four sockets. There is no blanked out socket.

Sort of... except it has four individual header connectors on one and and a four socket connector block on the other.
Just realised, I can plug this in the other way around with the 4 block on the mobo and the indivual pins on the LCD....
