You mentioned that the module has a 78M05 so most likely this module is wide voltage (9-24V); and it acts like one. Please excuse the warning sticker.
Yes there is a solder jump below the regulator, if you want to convert this module to a regular (5V) module, you should also clip the left leg of the regulator. Please see page 9 of this manual. If you look closely, the left leg of the 78M05 is clipped; this, along with a solder jump makes the module a 5V module.

My 'most likely' meant for the -V module; now for certain I can say that your module is a -V module.
Pardon the 9-24V rating that I mentioned, I should have said 9-15V.
For the BLK202-25 BG WB, there is only 9-15V, we do not offer 35V.
For modules that do offer both 15V and 35V max, the difference lies on the regulator used. For the 15V, we use the 78M05, for the 35V modules we use a switching regulator. Also, as per part numbers, for 15V max we use the -V suffix; for the 35V max we use -VPT suffix.
