I had some trouble with bitmaps too. The manuals are incorrect in that the command is (254 94) instead of (254 110) as printed. I'm ready to release some perl scripts for bitmap file manipulations, but my web host is having difficulties at the moment (I've applied for a space on sourceforge, they say it takes a couple of days). Write me at hbarover2(at) yahoo.com and I can send them to you.

If you need hosting for examples of code or downloads for MO stuff we can provide... I will probably setup something on LCDforums.com for a user area if there is interest.

You need to line that hole cut out with some nice grommit striping, or pvc beading to finish it off
