Tom really confused here...the fan headers are to connect fans correct?
Are the fan headers also what is used for the temp probes you guys sell?
Manual online shows three fan headers. Eventually I'd like to hook up total three fans and three probes.

The four connectors to the very left of the board are for the temperature sensors. The three connectors are for the fans. To run the fans you will need to plug in the unmodified floppy power connector below the 3 fan headers.
