Where can I find the keycode for the LCDC software to activate it?

You must enter the key on the cd that came with your display at
http://www.lcdc.cc/bundled/ , you will then need to fill out some information about yourself, and the registration code will be emailed to you.

Where on the cd should i find my key?

The cd with the key should have come with your MX series display. Do you have a MX series display?

No i have lk202-24-usb-wb

The LK202-24-USB-WB won't have a key included with it. You will need to purchase a registration key from lcdc at
http://www.lcdc.cc/purchase.htm
