Cant find the screen?

Post by kame_sanjo »

I just installed everything, and my MX6 screen was not detected =\. I check the usb drivers, and it says com port 3 is the MX6, and the usb is MX6, but when the program runs the check it says it cant find mx6 in com 3.

Hi kame_sanjo,

Did you load the latest version of LCDC? You can also test out the display with uproject, which is located in the ecd that came with your display. Have you tested the unit with uproject?

i couldnt get far enough to test anything. it wouldnt see the mx6 in the com 3 port even though that was the port it was in. It would do the 'searching for device in the com ports' test and it said com 1 and 2 were empty but com 3 had an 'unknown' device.

btw i have version 1.6 of lcdc. it came on that little disc.
