LK204-24-USB only starts with USB not with floppy cable

Hi, everything was ok until a few days ago when my LCD freeze one night.
After that day, when i switch on the computer nothing appears on LCD, it switchs on just when Windows XP is starting up, and if USB cable is connected. If i disconnect the USB cable LCD, keeping Floppy connection, the screen is "black", even so, my GPOs are working ok (i've the first 4 GPO to start 4 FANS with 50% of speed).
Can anybody help me.
