I have a MX212 everything was going fine until yesterday. The system had a crash. Now the MX will only display garbage. LCDC will not detect it as it used to do. But the "virtual" lcd in LCDC shows what the display is supposed to but the MX212 is only showing rubbish and I cannot make out what its displaying.

I have tried removing the MX212 - leaving it unpowered for a while. Removed the drivers and reinstalled the new ones. I have tried to play with LCDC tester - but I think I made it worse. When LCD tester connects it wont find the MX automatically.

When I plug the USB cable back in my welcome message is fine..

Is there a way to reset the MX212 back to factory defaults?

I wish I knew more about it to help you...I would guess that Miles or someone from Matrix might check in, or it might be Monday.

Can you tell me what PCB revision you have? Is it rev1.0 or rev1.4?
