Can't Detect LK204-24-USB with LCDC or Display Tester

Hi, I have a LK204-24-USB running on WinXP updated with the 1.1 USB Drivers. When I run LCDC it cannot auto-dectect the display, which is running on com 4. I get this error message when I run Display Tester. "Unable to auto-detect LCD Type", after that it runs some diagnostic and shows errors getting the serial no. and the version no. The same thing happens when I try changing Com ports.

I know in LCDC I used to be able to detect the screen. After I formmated the com, I get this new bunch of errors. Do I need to send the screen for repair? I have already ran out of ideas to get it to work...

Thanks

Send me an email at myero@matrixorbital.ca and I'll send you another "test software" to try and establish communication with the unit. Make sure you are attempting to open the correct com port...this will be listed in your device manager...let me know how you make out!

Well, I'm going to RMA it. I can't think of anything I did to make it become like that. Did you try using it on another computer? Maybe you might have better luck

Miles : You're probably going to get my RMA in the next 2 weeks. Hope you guys can solve it.

We are working on new drivers...this may or may not solve the problem. Planning on releasing a beta version next week!! :D
