Purchased an MX-212 from Canadacomputers.com brand new, factory packaged. All is well until I want to use it. There is no CD! I manually downloaded the USB drivers and the LCD Tester software, but aside from that, this thing is a door stop. The sheet inside notes LCDC should be included on a CD but there is no CD. The retailer refuses to refund or exchange because it's opened! Matrix Orbital support, please help!

Very strange. There were two. I have sent two more out via two different server/email accounts, both with Delivery Receipt and High Importance now.

In case for some reason you still don't have it at this point, perhaps you can initiate the email at my profile'd address.

Is there another way to contact you? Perhaps another email? I doubted the integrity of my two email accounts but have since had the ISP verify as well as have various mail servers send test emails to me. All have been sent and received fine, and the maximum lag time before receipt never passed 6 hours. I am inclined to believe there is an issue on your side, Miles.

I would now almost suspect that Miles is an autoresponding bot?

Obviously I have a wrong email address for you because it keeps bouncing. Please call me at 1-403-229-2737 ex#110 between the hours of 9-5 MST. Matrix Orbital does not use an auto replying bot of any type and never will. Customer service is our number one priority.

Long distance

Double checked the email in the profile tab and it's accurate. Such that I will even chance to post it publically.
