VK204-24-USB Missing last 2 lines help

Just received my VFD and I have noticed my last 2 lines are not working at all. Is this defective or am I missing something?

When you power up the module, what is shown for a start-up screen?

Just the logo to the left and the model number on the first line followed by "Matrix Orbital" On the second line. Nothing on the bottom two rows.......

What software program are you using to communicate with the display? When you are sending data and it wraps to lines three and four, what happens?

I am using LCDC. When I send tect to the unit, it only displays on the top 2 rows. I can never get and data on the bottom 2 rows.....

Have you configured LCDC to use a LK204-24-USB display and not a LK202-24-USB?
