I am working in a project,and I want to know if conbinacion of LCDC & MX212 they can do the following thing.

1.- When I start the PC, to show a welcome message.

2.- Once the PC has initiate, To make a cycle of ignition with GPO sources.

3.- In seconds 1,5,9,13 , send some type of message to the system in order to communicate with an VB6 application, that it needs to know what part from the cycle is executing (for example sendkey function).

4.- Using keypad of LCD MX212, select for example the action of a single GPO source.
