Hi Folks,
Forgive an ignorant new user! I have a new MX222-USB and am having problems with the install. I have followed the web guides and the manual from the MO website with no luck, as well as searching 20 pages of posts! I have the USB cable all hooked up, and the LCDC software installed. When I power up I get the MO Boot up screen. When using the LCDC auto-detect, I get a message that it cannot find the LCD display. I also used the LCD tester software from the MO site. Neither can detect the display or any info about the display, yet the device manager shows the display installed. ANy ideas ??? Help!!

Hello...

Can you tell me what the unit is listed as in the device manager under the COM and LPT port and Universal Serial Bus devices?

Hi Miles,
Under COM and LPT it is listed as : Matrix Orbital MX2/MX3 USB Driver (COM 3). Same on the USB devices. I cannot set the baud rate to above 9600 on COM 3.

Thanks for the Help!!!

The display communicates at 19200 baud. You must ensure that the com port you are using is set to this speed!

I'm having this same problem, it shows up in device manager and says its working fine. But it stuck on the MO boot screen. My question is: How and where do I change the COM port/Baud rate?
Thanks in advance!

In LCDC it's under test configure/test section, once there you can adjust your baud rate and com port accordingly!! :D
