Jonesing for a small form factor Graphical VFD

What would be the odds of MO producing a 'large screen' graphical VFD that fits in a single 5.25' bay? Say, based upon one of the noritake 128/32 screens?
I just picked up a the 20x4 USB MO VFD and I've got to say it's mst excellent... but from 20 feet away, even with LCDC's 2x2 font, it's not the easiest to read (when displaying any serious amount of information other than a clock).
I've had some better success writing my own driver that mixes and matches the equivalent of LCDC's spaced and non spaced 2by fonts, but it's still lacking.
