Hi guys i'm looking to buy a silver MX222 for my new Lian Li case.

Do i need just the screen and usb cable?
I think LCDC comes with it.

Also if i connect via usb on my motherboard can i get an adapter to connect my existing usb to this as well ?

The external cable comes as standard with the unit but you really want an internal cable as the external has to poke out the pci slot into a USB slot. The internal cable connects to a header on your MoBo. Each header supports 2 USB devices so you'll still have space for another USB connection, the MO internal cable only uses one! the mx series comes complete with everything you need to get connected and LCDC software as well.
