Matrix Orbital Corp

Can someone tell me what MX2's resource utilization is like for the MX2/LCDC? I've ordered mine, but that is my biggest concern, how it will effect my system preformance?

I'm running W2K here and have a MX212 sitting in my system... right now LCDC is using 2.660K of memory, MBM is using 5,432K, and out of 12:18:00 CPU time LCDC has used 00:00:18 of that.... so I would say no.
