Dead GPO?

I've connected 3 CCFLs to the 3 hi-power GPOs on my MX222. The first two CCFLs work the last one doesn't. (I'm using 'hotkeys' to switch them off and on). I've switched the CCFLs around and its not CCFLs, the one previously not working, works on the other GPOs. So I pinched my Dads multimeter tested the three GPOs. GPOs 1 and 2 show current, GPO 3 doesn't (in the 'switched on' postion).

I take it that means GPO 3 is dead?
