Pinout connect help plz

I'm a tad confused and don't want to screw up my LK204-24-USB-WB. I have an Asus P4T533-c mobo. The mobo has two standard internal nine pin USB pinout headers, one for USB1.1 and the other for USB 2.0. They all seem to be of the variety:

(blank, GND, x, x, power)
(NC, GND, x, x, power)

On the USB 2.0 pinout, the power is labeled as +5v. The USB 1.1 header is labled only as "USBpower". Does this mean I can only use the USB 2.0 pinouts?

More importantly, on the four pin USB connector that came with my LK204-24-USB-WB, can I assume that it's safe to plug the connector either on the top or the bottom of the nine pin header assuming that pins match the GND, x, x, power configuration? (Hope I'm explaining that clearly.)

The USB 2.0 pinout from my manual reads this way:

10 (blank) 9 GND 8 LDP2 7 LDM2 6 USB+5v
5 NC 4 GND 3 LDP1 2 LDM1 1 USB +5v

The labels aren't the same as GND, D+, D-, +5, but I'm assuming the LDP and LDM's equate to D+ and D-. Any help appreciated.

USB 1.0 and 2.0 are the same when it comes to the pin outs... and I belive your theory on the LDP and LDM's is correct... just make sure you get Power and Ground right, screwing us the D+ and D- will not damage anything.
