Keypad and Cursor keypads?

I've done lots of searching without luck. I essentially want a keypad that has the standard phone keys so I can do alpha-numeric searches (cellphone type search) and have some arrows and even cd control keys. I know, I know, I don't want to much. I would prefer to not build the whole thing from scratch, but that might be the best option. Thanks for any leads you might have.
