I went to radio shack and got ripped off on the following parts:
2782024 CAT5 JACK KIT 3.99 (2X)
2750634 SPST MIN FLT LEVR 2.79 (1X)
2701805 PROJ BOX 6X3X2 3.69 (1X)
2701805 PROJ BOX 4X2X1 2.29 (1X)
2761428 9 POS FML D-SUB 1.49 (1X)
And to Home Depot for the mounting pieces:
MACHINE SCREW NUT BRASS #6-32 .89 (1X)
LOCK WASHER #6 STAINLESS .89 (1X)
TOTAL 20.02
I have to check on the currency though...
