2 pin probes?

i have temp sensors that only have 2 connectors . will i be able to use them on the MX213 ? if so which pins do i connect .

any help wouldbe greatly apriciated

I'm assuming that you have a temperature diode (only 2 pins). Unfortunately they require hardware to bias them properly and do analog to digital conversions. The MX series does not have the hardware to use them. If you want a list of hardware that is available for the 1-Wire bus see

great .thank you very much . unfortunately it looks like if i cant find them localy here in japan ill have to order them and the shipping will cost more than buying 10 of them lol

We will be sleeing the temp probes in the next day or two, the cost will be $9.99 each and $some price if you buy 3 at a time...

hey, i bought a mx 212 about 6 months ago. i was reading modthebox's reveiw and it seemed as thoguh you have redone the mx212. can i hook up the new led's and temp probes to my old mx212?

No...the new MX2 has been modified and improved upon both firmware and hardware wise...

so neither the temp nor the leds.... that sucks :( is it possible you will mak ones for the old mx 212?

The one wire device is not supported with the old MX222 therefore there is no way we can make it compatible. As for the LED Indicator, the pin-out does not match up.
