Rx/Tx output on LK202-24-USB

What voltage is applied on the Rx/Tx terminals of the LK202-24-USB display, and what is the pinout? Thank you,

u can see the + - signs for the rx tx, I just hooked up a 5 v led without any resistor altho tx doesnt blink so just the rx would do

Tx will only blink if the software is asking the LCD for somethig or if you press a key.

Such as when you ask for serial number, module type and version number.
