MX212 USB Won't Shut Down

I recently installed a new MX212 USB, and all seemed to be working fine for a day or so. I have been using LCDC to configure the screens, but now when I shutdown the PC, the LCD stays on. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Link not working, currently the LCD will not shutdown while plugged into the MoBo. IS there a setting for the mobo I must change?

LCDC got a forum upgrade so some of the links are now not working...
