Power GPO?

I noticed on the back of my LK202-25 there is 6 GPO's and a 7th jumper that the manual discribes as "power" what is this power jumper? can i hook 12v into it to get 12v GPO's or something?

The seventh jumper is a 5 Volt power supply that doesn't contain any limiting resistors. The 6 GPO's have a maximum current of 20 mA due to the current limiting resistors.
