I have just received my new LK202-25 V WB

When I power up the unit with the supplied 5v cable all I see if I look very very closely is all the pixels are slightly on but that’s it. No flashing courser or model number or anything.

If I connect the serial cable the top goes out and only the bottom line is on.

When I say on, its not bright its just you can make out the pixels which you cannot when there is no power.

Can anybody help please?

My supplier sent a 5V power cable but the device needs a 12v supply.

According to the part number that you provided, LK202-25-V-WB, it is a 12 Volt unit not a 5 Volt unit. If you are powering via a power supply make sure you consult your manual on how to convert to a proper 12 Volt cable.
