Hnery, my backlight wont even turn on and off any more and I cant adjust the contrast from the PC.

I tried the manual override, it didnt help!

Is there any way we can arrange an RMA?

b4 you do that, can you recive key strokes from the LCD? in hyperterminal for example? do you have Rx AND Tx connected?

I can turn the backlight on and off thats it though the contrast doesnt work, the test doesnt show...nothing....any help, I had no reply from your "customer service" personnel after contacting them by email..
