Com3 Problem

I am using the LK202-24-USB (MX210). I plugged it in, installed the latest drivers (the ones this forum suggests), and loaded LCDC. The drivers load a Com port (Matrix Orbital MX2xx USB Driver (COM3)). When LCDC searching for my display it only searches COM1 and COM2 (not COM3). I am using Win98 and would appreciate any help.
