Keypad Problem on LK402-12

I made a keypad using push buttons and it is not working...
I used the row/colomn pattern but maybe I missing a option...

how to tell the lcd to use the keypad and not the gpo's ?

tried with the MO software

I tried the IO Matrix Tester to set to use the key pad...without results...
I'm able to use lcdc and uploading the splash screen...

Forget it...
The serial wire that i use for my lcd2041 as a trouble on the receive line...
