I want to be able to have the backlight on while the text is showing, and then turn the backlighting off and still have the text showing...so say I have a blue backlight, with white text --- I can have it running blue/white...then switch off the backlighting and it'll just be some white text "floating" on a blank, black LCD screen right ?
Does this work with all the backlit screens? If not, which ones does this work with ? I probably want the color combo that I described - the blue/white...but if it can switch to just blue text on black background, that'd be cool too...
Is there anymore info on this new usb ver maybe a date of release or some kind of feedback maybe as to the progress or maybe reviews from the people that have them already??
