Half Backlight on LK202-25-WB-V

Hi,
I have an LK202-25-WB-V which I got about two months ago (love it)...a very strange thing just happened now...for not apparent reason, the two lefthand LEDs for the backlight are not lit...everything else works fine, the right two leds are lit up bright as ever. The backlight has never been intermitent or funky as long as I've had the display. I'm using it in a PC bay kit and am using the 12v connecter that it came with. This seems like it must be purely electrical (cold joint somewhere? is that even possible with a board made using dip process?)...does anyone have any idea if there is a way to fix this? Also, is the backlight covered by waranty and for how long? I would hope so, since this display (WB) needs the "backlight" at all times in order to be readable.

hmmm, doesn't sounds good at all... if all 4 leds were off, that would be better in some sense... e-mail support@matrixorbital.com and we will take it from there...
