Ok,
1)Do I have to have the 25 keypad to make the LCD's work or is all the functions controled from the software?
2)Can I assign keyboard combo's to make it do the different functions or is it done automaticlly after you setup the software.
3) Do I have to setup the LCD everytime I reboot? I heard, about a year ago, that you had to do this.

1. You configure the software to react to the keypresses.

2. Depends on the software you use.

3. Most LCD software will save your settings.

Software has come a long way since last year!

Depends on what you buy... if you buy the BLK202A(or BVK202A) units, there is a keypad on the fron of the insert.

You do not NEED a keypad, but they are helpful.
