Are you a canadian company or american? There is not contact information on your website which I find pretty useless, which you can only call me. I just wonder because if the price is canadain dollars then i'm interested. If it is american dollars then I'm not so interested.

We are situated in Canada but we deal in US dollars as it is the universal business currency. I would hope you would still be interested, considering the quality and functionality you are purchasing compared to anyone else out there. Happy Canada Day.

Well I am interested in some of your products, but dont want to pay US currency + shipping. Of course why not! it is better for the company. Be canadian and deal in US dollars. Make huge $$$ on exchange. I would do the same thing also. But your prices are quite high compared to http://www.sucks500.com. They have some serial LCD kits there cheaper. But what can you do for me as a selling point.

Canadian Customer.

I can give you outstanding service, superior quality and a wider variety of serial interface products. I would suggest you compare the speeds of other manufacturers, how many GPO's they offer if any and the type of software suppoet they have. You should have a look at LCDC and compare it to the affore mentioned company. When you take everything into consideration I beleive you will find our prices are a lot better than you think with all the bells and whistles you get. As for making huge money on exchange, that does not enter into the equation for us. We price accordingly to what we offer compared to others. The US dollar is the easiest to use world wide and that is what we do, sell world wide. I hope these are enough selling points for you. If not I would suggest you take a look at the Bit-Tech forums where this has been brought up before. The cheeseman is a very helpful person who has used many different displays. Seek his advice as many others have. Have a good weekend.

Best Regards

NeoJuice, What they can do is offer a product that even me and you can get up and running with no experience at all in display modules. Pay the price and enjoy the unit and all the help that comes with it. And no I don't work for them! Maybe I haven't said it yet but thanks Henry and everyone in the forums. Butch

I am not doubting that matrix Orbital can provide outstanding service for there products. I understand that. I was pointing out the fact that there are alot of mod people out there looking for these products.

I just wish they would provide something for there canadian counterparts. Maybe they will. What city are they located in?

Just a thought.

If you order over the e-com site there is a place where you can choose your own currency (only for Canadian customers). It will still equate to the amount in US dollars. We as a manufacturer do not have a store front. If you are interested in dropping by send me an e-mail at alintott@matrixorbital.com.

Go to "products" and choose one, say, LCDs. Then choose a particular LCD and click on the picture. THere will be prices and "add to cart" on that page. Here's an example:

2 sofas
a PC on the right wall
a few offices
and a mystery door on the left taht I never bothered to ask about

Atleast thats what it looked like the last time I was there .

If you check on the prices... our 4x20 LCD in a pcbay insert is less expencive then theirs. Our 2x20 size are more expencive but you get tons more features... it's like comparing a T-Bird to a Duron...
