I finally made some utilities available today for creating and uploading bitmaps from linux, w00t!
You can download them from the
<A HREF="http://sourceforge.net/projects/mo-bitm ... ourceforge project page.</a> They're just perl scripts, so should be usable on a number of platforms, but I made them for linux.
