Forum's FAQ contents broken?

The FAQ that is shown when http://www.lcdforums.com/forums/faq.php is clicked does just show up as garbled text here (Opera 11 on German Windows 7 64bit).

Is that a bug of the forum or a bug of Opera?

Hi Lunovus,

The FAQ appears to be intact for me running Firefox on Windows 7 64bit. I suspect an Opera bug.

Hmm, works with IE8 too...

Maybe some browser switch freaking out?
