MX512 not Detecting DS18S20 Heat Probes

I recently installed a MX512. Five DS18S20 temp probes are attached. LCDC is not detecting the probes. Please assist. Thanks

Hi Mezzro,

I've noticed that you posted this a couple days ago.. Have you had any success yet? If not, it would help us to know the following:

Did you purchase the temperature probes from us? (if not where did you purchase them and what was the product name/number)

Have you set up temp probes with one of our LCDs before?

Usually it is pretty simple to detect the temperature probes, all you will have to do is go into the configuration area of LCDC and it do a search. What is the process that you have done?
