weird behaviour

my MX232 has been acting weird suddenly.when power up my pc the screen doens't appear for at least few second during booting and thus not powering fans that are connected to it.is this hardware or software related.

The display will not appear until the operating system has loaded the appropriate drivers. If you wanted the fans to start ar power up, please see the following link: http://www.lcdforums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1653

Ive been using the MX232 for a month now without any problem.Did encounter some problem on first day of installation of the MX232 but has been solved.http://www.lcdforums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1852.the weird behaviour begins only yesterday
