LCDC not showing com 3 plz help

Hello
i seem to have a prob i just got a MX212. ive installed the drivers and LCDC, but LCDC is not showing com 3 only com 1 & 2. can someone plz shed a little light on the prob or direct me to a thred with the cure. thx

p.s its working ok with lcd tester
