Hello support,
I have a problem with eGTT38A.

When the power is turned on, the display flickers for a moment before transitioning to the first screen.
Please refer to the video.


Please let me know if there is a way to reduce flicker.
If this is a problem that can be improved by firmware, I would be grateful if you could modify it.

I use below.
Device: eGTT38A-TPR-BLH-B0-H1-CI-VPT
Firmware: R2.13.0.10563
GTT Designer: v1.14.0.10636

I wonder how you have made your autoexec file?
If you kindly please email me at support@matrixorbital.ca so I can get your email address. I will send you the original autoexec file and see if the flicker persists.

This issue has been resolved by custom firmware that introduced a delay to the boot of the display. Please contact us if you require this firmware.
