windows doesn't recognise lcd

Post by poke »

i'm running vista 64 sp1, i keep getting unknown device with the newest drivers installed. also there is no propertys (ie; hardware id is "USB\UNKNOWN
") i'm sure that this is the lcd in my device manager, because its disappears when i unplug it and i get the gx logo on the lcd when its plugged in. i tryed reinstalling the drivers and restarting a couple of times and it still doesn't work.

Hi Poke,

It looks like the USB chip in that GX is not acting as it should. This is something we'll have to fix for you, so please contact me directly at tclark@matrixorbital.ca for further instructions.

Thanks,
